MEGA-BEV does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you are representing that you are at least 21 years of age. To receive a shipment you must be at least 21 years of age and show valid identification to prove you are at least 21 years of age as well as sign confirming receipt of the shipment. We can not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. You agree that any alcohol purchased from this site is for personal consumption and not for resale. Title to the alcoholic beverage is passing to you upon leaving our store. If you choose shipping as a delivery method you are asking us to engage a common carrier to deliver your order. We make no representation about the legality of shipping alcoholic beverages. You are responsible for compliance with all laws regarding such shipments as well as all applicable fees and taxes specific to the state in which the delivery is made.

By arranging for transportation of alcoholic beverages, MEGA-BEV is providing a service to and acting on behalf of you. By utilizing this service, you are representing that you are acting in compliance with your local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of alcoholic beverages as the owner and shipper.

Order Processing & Delivery Times
 
Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours from when the order was placed. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours starting at 9:00 a.m the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within 24 hours starting at 9:00 a.m. the following Monday. Orders placed on Major Holidays will be processed within 24 hours effective the next business day starting at 9:00 a.m.

Orders placed for in store pick up will be processed and available for pick up in four hours during normal business hours.

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose.

During times of extreme hot or cold weather, we recommend using 2nd Day or Next Day shipping to avoid having your order exposed to the extremes of hot and cold for an extended period in transit. We are not responsible for wine that arrives damaged due to heat or cold, so please plan accordingly when choosing your shipping option.

 Stock Availability & Price Changes or Errors
Beverages shown on this site are subject to prior sale and availability and are limited to existing inventory. All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to change incorrect pricing. You will be shipped the most current release of any product. Please choose your purchases by name not picture as labels and packages are frequently changed by manufacturers.

 Billing Information
Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. Your card is charged after the product has been processed, packed and ready for shipment.

Returns
It is illegal to return alcoholic beverages. Store credit may be considered in certain circumstances regarding spoiled wine at our discretion. If you feel your wine is flawed it must be returned immediately for evaluation. Credit will not be applied if wines have been improperly stored or mistreated or were purchased more than 15 days from return request. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return all products. All other non-alcoholic products may be returned for a full refund.

At the completion of your order your receipt will be emailed to your account.
